The pouch features a shielding-lined compartment designed to help block radio-frequency signals from compatible key fobs when the key is placed inside correctly.
This provides an additional layer of protection against certain forms of keyless-entry signal theft.

The pouch includes two separate compartments:
Protected compartment — the compartment with the keychain is designed for signal blocking.
Standard compartment — this compartment does not provide signal-blocking protection and can be used for other small items.

It works, i.e. opening the car doesn't work because the cover effectively "cuts off" the signal.

I ordered one and then a second one after i tried it out. I went down to my car put my new car keys into the bag and try to open the car where i pressed my finger and it wouldn't recognize it took the keys out of the bag press the button again and the car woke up and opened unlocked. It works perfectly well. So i gave one to a doctor that i've been dealing with and he thanked me saying he was using aluminum foil as a faraday box for his keys when he went to convention. He's happy i'm happy. Now i have another one or fourth one maybe i gave one to a buddy in business and i'm going to give it to my other business buddy that we're all friends with together whenever he has a chance to grab a bite with me at a lunch or breakfast. It's very handy works well it's nice looking and it has a velcro flap. Also it has an attached keychain to put your key on. It's very cool.

Tested with a Toyota Yaris Cross, the doors do not open with the key inside the bag, no matter how close it is.

Great. This one is a good size for my old school dumb phone and money / cards. Been using these things for 20+ years. With my phone in the outer pocket and the blocking between my body and my phone, i no longer get tingling in my upper lag from the phone signals. I also stopped using wifi mouse and keyboard as they too made my body ache.
